Membership Refund Policy
You can always cancel your Membership on our website. When you cancel your Membership, your Membership will continue only until the end of the current period already started and you will not be charged for further when the Membership period ends. We do not offer refunds as the cancellation is effectuated instantly after the commenced period. However, should the unlikely happen that you are not satisfied with your Membership, it can in some specific cases be considered to offer a partial or full refund of your membership. Product Refund Policy
cluboont.com offers a normal refund policy of 14 days (the standard, legally endorsed policy is 14 days). This period starts from the day you receive delivery of your purchased goods from our website. You can return a product for up to 14 days from the date you purchased it. Any product you return need to be in the same condition as you received it, in the original packaging and not used.

In the case of sealed goods which are not suitable for returns due to health protection or hygiene reasons, the right to cancel ceases if the goods become unsealed after delivery.
If you wish to return a product, you need to pay for the shipping to the return address yourself. The currier you select, you need to pay for a tracking number of the goods, and that tracking number should be sent to [email protected].
